Inspired by the hull of a boat as well as nordic design, Hull House is positioned looking up Long Cove to maximize the view of the ocean.

You will also notice the windows centralized in the front of the design, with only a few strategically placed windows along the sides. This is designed for privacy, so that the guests focus is on the ocean views and nothing else within the property.

The interior is loft style, measuring 28ft from floor to peak. The entrance is on the second, loft style floor that houses 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The loft design allows you to look right through the front windows upon entry, maximizing the natural light of the design.

The downstairs, the hull of the house, is the communal space which includes a full kitchen, 8 person dining table and living room with fireplace and entertainment centre. There is also a reading/sleeping nook and secondary powder room on this level.
